Across Western New York, they gather from Black Locust, Basswood, Linden, wildflowers, garden blooms, and the changing landscape of summer. Every jar carries a little of that season with it: the warmth, the open air, the sweetness, and the feeling of Buffalo at its best.

 

We bring it to you pure, raw, and unfiltered. From our hives to your table, just as local honey should be.
