Winter is here in Western New York. The hives are tucked under snow. The fields are quiet. The waterfront is still. Gray skies settle in, and the sun feels far away.

 

But summer didn’t disappear... We saved it for you!

 

All season long, while Buffalo was alive with open garages, patios, food trucks, outdoor concerts, baseball and soccer games, and days along the waterfront, our Italian honeybees were quietly at work, pollinating the landscape and gathering nectar from Black Locust, Basswood and Linden trees, mineral-rich Japanese Knotweed, Goldenrod, and wildflowers right here at home.

 

We harvested that moment by hand, in small batches, capturing what makes a 716 summer a 716 summer. Bright. Floral. Local. Something you won’t find anywhere else.
